The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force and is applicable since 25th May 2018, replacing current E.U data protection framework.GDRP applies to all organisations that operate both within and outside the EU and which offer the provision of goods and services.If you currently gather, hold, retain and share or distribute personal data then the GDPR is relevant to you and it is vital that you take necessary steps to ensure compliance by 25th May 2018.
